How to use tea tree oil for psoriasis

  1. You may use full strength pure tea tree oil to the affected areas of the skin, the same way you may use tea tree oil for skin tags. Apply it with your fingers or a cotton ball. If your skin is sensitive dilute tea tree oil with a cream, lotion, olive oil or other carrier oil. The concentration depends on your skin type. Some people prefer mixing tea tree oil with sunflower oil for skin treatment.
  2. You may also buy a ready-made lotion, soap, cream with tea tree available on amazon.com and use it twice a day.

Attention! Tea tree oil may irritate the skin. Sometimes it causes an allergic reaction, so it is recommended to apply a few drops on your skin for the first time and to check the reaction. Pregnant women and children should avoid using undiluted oil because of tea tree oil effects on pregnant women and babies.
