According to it, the topical application of castor oil high in ricinoleic acid significantly relieves the pain and controls inflammation.

  2. a Band-Aide with in castor oil.
  3. Massaging the oil along lymphatic drainage pathways and spinal column.
  4. Castor oil packs.

Castor oil packs are the most effective way for body cleansing and detoxification as they allow castor oil to penetrate deep into your tissues. Attention! You should consult your doctor before using castor oil as the oil has some contraindications and possible side effects. Although it is considered safe, especially for topical application sometimes it causes allergic reactions. Conduct a patch test before its usage. Apply a few drops of the oil on your arm and check your reaction to the oil. You shouldn’t observe any redness, itching or other inconveniencies.
