Garlic and olive oil pasta sauce recipe for 1 pound of pasta
- ½ cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 5-6 cloves of garlic, peeled and chopped finely
- ½ cup of fresh parsley, chopped
- ground pepper and salt to taste
Heat the olive oil over medium heat in some saucepan. Add the chopped garlic into the olive oil and stir fry till it becomes golden brown. Though be cautious not to burn it.
