How to use castor oil for fertility

If you want to use castor oil with the above mentioned aims use it in the form of castor oil packs. According to Dr.Mercola castor oil packs are placed on the skin on the lower abdomen area to promote blood circulation and the healing process in the tissues under the skin.

Step 1

To make a castor oil pack take a clean flannel or a cotton cloth and soak it in castor oil. The cloth you are using should be natural. You don’t need too much oil.

Step 2

Prepare everything you will need for your procedure: a sheet of plastic, a bottle with hot water or a heating pack.  You should have everything at hand. Lie in the bed to feel comfortable. And place your pack on the skin on the lower abdomen.

Step 3

Place a plastic wrap and something warm above. Lie for an hour.

Step 4

Take away the castor oil pack and rinse with warm water.
