Corn oil
Corn oil is also a source of omega-6 fatty acids, which are essential for us as our bodies need but cannot produce them. Polyunsaturated fats in corn oil make it a healthy substitute for saturated fats in palm oil or fats of animal origin. Hazelnut Oil
Another safflower oil substitute, hazelnut oil is taken for food and for skin care. It is high in linoleic acid, and it helps balance oily skin. When used for cooking it adds a specific nutty taste to dishes. It is wonderful for high-heat cooking due to its high smoke point.

Soybean Oil
Soybean oil is liquid polyunsaturated oil as well as safflower one. It is a good safflower oil substitute as it is neutral in flavor, ideal for baking and sautéing and used for skin care. It is also a source of omega-3 fatty acids. It is often called vegetable oil. Unfortunately, it may contain GMOs.
Olive Oil
High oleic safflower oil is monounsaturated fat. It contains omega-9 fatty acids that make it highly beneficial for our health. If you are allergic to safflower oil you may use olive oil. The nutritional content of these oils are very similar.
